The Immersion Experience
I’ve been pondering how to describe to you what my Life By Design Immersions are all about. I’ve finally concluded that I can’t! You have to experience it for yourself to understand.
My challenge is that any words I use, you’ve likely heard many times before from every coach who runs live group programmes or retreats. And yet, I know in my heart that there’s something indescribably different about mine.
First, no subject is taboo or off-limits. Business, relationships, health, self-image, imposter syndrome, or anything else that might be on your mind. We have the time and space to explore it all.
Another big difference is our deep dive into learning how the human mind works. Through this exploration, you will experience a natural falling away from your old limiting beliefs.
And finally, when you truly see that you are 'not broken’ or 'not enough’ in any way, your false stories, assumptions and beliefs evaporate. That’s when something else comes through…
The real you - the most powerful you.
What does the 'REAL YOU' even mean?
Again, it’s impossible to say. And yet, deep down, I know you have an inkling. We’ve all touched that place inside of us that brings us that much closer to our true power. It’s indescribable yet always there and always available to everyone. Stepping into the power of your true self is exactly what my Life By Design Immersions are designed to do.
It’s Not About Me.
I simply create the space for transformation to happen. A space where you can slow down and connect with yourself. A space to step into that part of you that is beyond words, concepts or ideas. A space for unconditional support without any judgement.
But it’s what you and the rest of the group bring to the table that matters.
All I ask of you is openness and commitment. While this may sound easy on the surface, you’ll have your work cut out for you.
For instance, you’ll be challenged to face your blind spots. And you’ll have to be open to the possibility that you may not know everything about your own story.
Most importantly, you’ll have to be ready for, and open to the possibility of deep and lasting change. You’d be surprised how many think they are ready, but then hold back. The more open and honest you are, the more transformative your Immersion experience will be.
As to your commitment, you’ll need to prioritise the immersion and the pre-work assigned to you. You will need to be on time and fully present during the entire event. Your commitment starts the moment you sign up.
Logistical details
The Immersions are a 4-month programme culminating in a 3-day residential experience in the English countryside and includes accommodation and teaching materials.
Places are limited to 15 as I’ve found that small group immersion-style experiences result in more impact and transformation for attendees than hosting larger conference or seminar-style events.
My goal is always to create the kind of experience I would pay to attend, and that have a tremendous impact on the lives of those who attend.
Please note that spaces sell out months in advance so book early to avoid disappointment.
The Immersion Experience Includes:
- Individual private 60-minute coaching calls with me prior to the live event (1 per month - maximum of 3).
- Access to a private Facebook group with exclusive pre-work leading up to the live immersion experience.
- A 3-day live experience which focuses on showing up more powerfully in life, in relationships, in business, and your career (includes accommodation in a private room).
- The opportunity to be coached at the front of the room around what beliefs are holding you back from showing up more powerfully (optional but highly recommended).
- A community of like-minded people who aspire towards excellence

Who This is For
Each Immersion experience is different, as each group is different. There is no buy now button on this page for a reason. I like to have a conversation with each person before they sign up to see if this is a good fit for you and the group.
